Ugena produces Dehydrated Chicken and Chicken Fat, both for human consumption. These products are used for the production of cubes, soups and stocks, cold meats, sausages and pre-prepared foods, pâtés, in injections and mixes.

Our raw materials are delivered daily from certified slaughter houses and cut-up rooms.

Product characteristics may be varied depending on your requirements.  For example, we offer sacs of 15 or 20kg for Chicken Meat Powder, and with regards to Chicken Fat, 20kg frozen blocks, 185kg cans and 900kg containers.
